happy 21st ziming!!
yest was zm's 21st birthday.. me n arif planned to have a simple surprise for him.. which was for me to appear out of nowhere to surprise him with my appearance while they were out on their 'date'.. hhahah.. we made like 4 changes to the plan along the preparation stage.. but was veri happy tt the plan succeeded and got to see zm 'shocked' reaction.. hehe
so the final plan for the both of them was to go blading at ecp after their service.. and so i had to make adjustments as to how to go abt surprising zm.. i took approx 30mins walk to reach macs after exiting from one of the underpasses.. i walked in the wrong direction initially n only realised 15mins later.. the surroundings looked so unfamiliar to me and i tot something was wrong.. so i decided to walk back instead.. and im so glad to see macs after a long long long walk!! at one point of time, i felt like giving up and asking arif to blade towards me instead, cos i really felt quite tired from all the walking.. but i still continued.. hahha
the view i saw while approaching them for the surprise.. looks kinda gay huh.. hahhaha
3 of us.. my hair was flying around due to the sea breeze..
arif became like a giant after putting on his blades!!! he was like more than 1 head taller than me.. (although he was alr veri tall w/o the blades.. hahha)
i had to like stand on the seat to be a lil taller than him..

we headed for dinner at lai lai located at bugis.. the food was ok but the service there was not really up to standard.. there was only like one container of chilli going round to be shared among he customers on one whole level.. and the waitress had to like keep asking us if we still need it.. one of them said to us tt she wanted to replace the chilli cos it was running out but did not come back to us.. we had to request several times for it..
happy to see the food after a day of hunger.. (by request of arif, the photographer.. hahha) shall not post the other pic cos my head looked veri big cos the camera was just in front of me.. =P
lastly, was time for the cake.. i brought brownies.. hahha.. the salesgirl was a lil neglient i would say.. she placed the brownies on top on of another and caused the fudge to stick onto the paper of the brownie on top.. and this the whole layer of fudge was gone.. =(

im quite satisfied with the planning cos the surprise worked and of cos im glad tt the birthday boy enjoyed himself too =)
