unfamiliar cousin

i tot i saw my cousin on my way back to hall this morning on the train. he was sitting at the adjacent seat opposite me. but i cannot confirmed it it's him. i tink he too find me familiar but we did not acknowledge each other. he's my direct cousin - my mum's brother's son.. we only see each other once every year during CNY (or maybe not even once every year cos he's not around when we visit).

maybe this explains the unfamiliarity.........
