a week without the sun

finally it's the end of a week of OT till 12am everyday.. i dunno how i managed to survive the week but im so glad tt it's over now...

all thanks to my great manager who is alr back at home in India celebrating deepavali.. hahha.. we had to rush everything out from him before he left on his flight on fri morning at 8am.. i think my buddy is the best.. she stayed on till 630 on fri morning just to finish up the things for him!! she's an iron woman man... i salute her.. hahah

im so looking forward to next week cos it's training week!! means i get to leave work early and no more OT!! hehe =)

oh i have some advice for other auditors out there.. never take the black, super high class looking cab under SMRT.. the brand of the cab is chrysler.. the inital fare is alr $5.00 and the meter jumps like mad.. $0.30 per 365m travelled.. I was so shocked when i see the rate the meter jumped when i board the cab.. i din even know tt this cab existed!! got a shock of my life.. but luckily it can be claimed.. if not i'd really be broke..



and i took the only pink london cab in singapore!! the whole cab is really in hot pink and it looked so cute!! i wanted to take a pic of it but not in time to react cos we were busy praising on its cuteness.. hahha.. the cab can take up to 6 adults and the fare is reasonable (comparable to the normal cab).. i dun mind taking the pink cab again if we haf 6 ppl.. i think it's cheaper than taking 2 cabs..

(without the wedding ribbons of cos.. hahha)


i guess the one great thing abt being auditor is tt i get to experience of taking different kinds of cab in singapore.. hahha.. at least i get to have some surprises to add on to my life.. hahhahha.. on the flip side, i had to incur quite a bit of cab fare ($224 for these 2 weeks of oct), before i get my reimbursement.. =(
