another week down
have been posted to a new company for my PA... finally I can start on audit proper.. this time the client is a non-profitable organisation.. so cool.. hahhah... i was so excited on the cab on my way down from office to the client's place!!! cant wait..
this week's audit work is abit slack cos the accountant is away on church camp and only came back yesterday.. so we had limited data to work on and there are many questions that we have to ask her.. so i think that next week will be a busy week cos it will be the deadline set by the client fot the audit!!! we have to really start our engines and fire to the max!!
I simply love my senior being attached to my company with me =) she's so nice!! she said she dun expect me to OT since I'm an intern and that I'm not paid for OT..she and the other collegue will do the work... owww~~ tt's so sweet of her.. but i'll stay back if i have nothing on... i dun wan us not to be able to meet the deadline...
my attachment tutor called and said tt he'll be conducting his visit on mon 16 June... he sounded like a nice tutor.. hhaha.. hope tt he'll give me good comments for my PA report.. hehe

2 June: Happy Advanced Birthdays to my 3 freshies!!!
my best freshie finally organised an outing after so long... hahhha... an advanced birthday celebration for the june babies: Angeline, Carmen and Guo Ping; and a farewell dinner for Xiaoyun n Wayne cos they'll be gg to Korea for exchange.. It's a good job done Lian Lian.. hahhah...
had a good time catching up with roomie and a good laugh at our table.. thanks to the 3 lamers - Jieli, Wayne and Samuel... hahhah

4 June: 4 Gangx
this is a term given by arif to describe our outing - 4 Gangx.. damn lame... hahhahha... the 4 Gangx consists of me, bz, jeremy n arif... we met at clarke quay after work and we ate at the food court!!! after tt we walked around clarke quay, as bz wanted to buy birthday cakes for her auntie.. first we went to tcc then swensens but there's not a cake tt bz's satisfied... hhahha.. the swensen's guy is nice to introduce us to a pastry shop further down.. it's called Nectarie... the ambience there is very nice and they serve good pastries too =) We placed some orders and we played zhong ji mi ma with the remaining food... i think i suck at the game la!!! lost 2 out of 4 times tt we played.. and the other 2 i din lose cos i'm the one who sets the number... really bad at this since sec sch days... shall not attempt to play it often... hhahha
i like to have gatherings n outings with small groups of frens!!! we seem to be doing all the embarrassing and stupid things we used to do even when we're older now.. enjoying the laughter and the stupid things tt me n bz would discuss to disturb jer n arif, and they would do likewise too.. it's really fun and bring back all the memories...

6 June: Black Book
went to catch this movie at the picturehouse with zm.. i cant believe we took a long lunch break to go down to the cathay to buy the tix on thu.. we do not want to end up like last fri where we cant get good seats for the movie that we wanted to watch.. luckily i was alone at the client's place on thu where i can sneak out without needing to report to any one of my seniors.. phew~~
it's a nice show except for the sexual scences (which i was quite disturbed by...) it's a story about the final years of WWII.. Taken from the cathay website: To fight the enemy, she must become one of them…. Holland 1944 - The final years of WWII find the beautiful singer Rachel Stein taking refuge with a family in rural Holland. Once a popular and wealthy singer, Rachel has been waiting out the war like many Jews in Europe, separated from her family and a moment away from being caught by the Gestapo. In a chain of events, Rachel joins the Dutch resistance forces and uncovers trails of deceits pointing to compatriots she once counted as her closest friends.

as the movie was at 11 plus, we walked around town before tt... i had cravings for cakes at around 9.. but it seems tt the cakes do not want me to eat them cos of the shops tt we went, either tt they were closing or tt the cakes were already sold out.. so we headed towards starbucks at the cathay and ordered some drinks and cake.. you guys should really try the almond butter cake and iced coffee frappacino with hazelnut!! they go very well tog!! the iced coffee frappacino with hazelnut is not on the menu, but you can still order it =)
the movie ended at around 1 plus and we took the nightrider home.. my previus conclusion is 100% correct... i really feel tired and shag after work tt i cant last the night out.. feel asleep immediately after i bathed.. din even wait for my hair to dry..
i think i'll have to wait for the next weekend to update again.. really do not have the time and/or energy to update during the weekdays.. oh no.. i'm getting old =(
